Good location, decent older condo, 5-min. drive to Winter Park Resort, close to restaurants

Loved the location--very close to restaurants and just a 5-minute drive to Winter Park Resort. Price was reasonable. Beds were comfy. Communication was timely and check-in/out was easy. Received door code by email as promised with clear instructions on how to use the keypad. It was really great to have a garage to put the car in. Travel size shampoo/conditioner provided but didn't use. It is modestly decorated but looks decent for an older unit.

Overall unit is in a bit of disrepair. Broken handles on drawers, closet doorknob missing, lots of dings, scratches and scuffs on painted surfaces, one wheel on trundle bed broken. Battery in one of the TV remotes is low. Baseboard piece in kitchen coming off. Had to locate extra light bulbs to replace a few that were burnt out. Fireplace not useable. Also, some basic kitchen items were missing (collander, crock pot lid missing). Toaster didn't work. Also, it honestly wasn't very clean, specifically the kitchen. On the surface it was fine but there were crumbs and food bits inside the utensil drawers, had to place my hand on top of the refrigerator looking for the missing crock pot lid and it was really grimy/greasy. The rest of the unit looked fine. It would have been nice to have basic coffee supplies provided--every hotel and Airbnb we've stayed at at least offers that.

Location and view.

The 3 flights of stairs hard to walk up and down every day. No lights on the ceiling in. the bedrooms just lamps. Damaged kitchen counter top. One dinning room chair seat broken. We couldn't get the garage door open.

Plenty of space for our family to sleep

Would have preferred more chairs and couch for us rather than the long dining table. Please our BIL has stage 4 kidney cancer and it was very difficult for him to master the 3 flight of stairs.
