Ļoti tīrs un mājīgs dzīvoklis pašā Valmieras centrā. Ideāla atrašanās vieta! Dzīvoklī bija viss nepieciešamais ērtai atpūtai. Bonuss - ļoti ērta gulta!

Izcila atrašanās vieta. Viss tuvu - teātris, labākais restorāns, parks un muzejs, pārtikas veikals. Kvalitatīvs virtuves aprīkojums. Dzīvoklis ieturēts vienotā 60.-70. gadu stilā. Interesanti.
Mazajā vannas istabā daudz lietderīgāk būtu likt dušu un izlietni, nevis milzīgo vannu. Vannas istabā pārmērīgs karstums no ļoti garajām karstā ūdens caurulēm. Ziemā, protams, būtu patīkams siltums. Visi spoguļi novietoti neērtā vietā, kur ir tumšs. Ja vēlaties uzkrāsoties, iesaku paņemt līdzi savu spoguli. Naktī nevarēja gulēt pie atvērta loga automašīnu un skaļo cilvēku sarunu dēļ uz ielas. Bija ļoti karsts laiks. Divguļamā gulta bija drusku par šauru. Jaunam slaidam pārim derētu.
