The location.
They outsource food to some third party and there was a gap in communication.

The serenity, greenery, so much peace, food options nearby, rooms are nice
Bathroom (struggled with the speed of water for sanitation purposes), The entrance gate at the main road should have a lit board, couch needs replacement, could have provided a better breakfast spread with more options

The rooms are really amazing, good ambience, really helpful staff. Manager Ramchandra has been exceptionally very supportive throughout the stay. Took care of every details during our stay. Went with family.
Loved the food.
The location is bit too far. The view is pretty much blocked from chalets. Good for stay cation, relaxation. Very peaceful!!

Only the cleanliness of the cottage and the helpful manager Ramchandra.
Old rundown place, cracks in the wall, no water filter, no napkins, no tissues, no smart tv, absolutely no view, not enough hot water for a good shower
