very comfortable stay at Nivritti Villa. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained. Visiting during the monsoon made the experience even more enjoyable, with the cool weather and peaceful surroundings. A special thanks to Shoheb Bhai for being a great host and always available whenever we needed any assistance. The staff was courteous and made sure our stay was smooth from check-in to check-out. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Matheran.

Stayed here for a short getaway and had a very pleasant experience. The villa is spacious, neat, and located in a calm environment away from the city rush. Everything was properly maintained and the staff was cooperative. Shoheb Bhai was very helpful from the time of booking until checkout and ensured that our stay was comfortable. The place is ideal for families and groups who want to enjoy nature and relax. Would definitely visit again.

The property is at good location and the place has a vibe. Apart from that there is always a guy to help you out with everything.

While booking for the villa on booking.com it is mentioned that the room has A/C. Once I booked the villa and then went there, the caretaker mentioned that I did not book the villa with an A/C option. I did not get a proper answer when I asked him to show where they was an option to book a A/C room. Also I paid around 3K for the property, but I was charged 800 rs extra to get the remote of A/C. Apart from that he told he me to cancel the booking and pay the rest of the money in cash.
