Come enjoy Ain't Mistbehavin in the WaterColor community with access to all of the amenities including the WaterColor Beach Club and Camp WaterColor to name a few. If you wish to enjoy some time away from the hustle and bustle of the community, you have a private pool with lounge area, covered grill area, and wood-burning fireplace. The pool can be heated upon request for an additional fee. The open floor plan on the first floor allows you to enjoy the living area with multiple sitting areas and gas fireplace, while utilizing the expansive kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops to cook family dinners. The second floor offers a king master suite and two queen guest suites, all with their own private bathrooms. The second floor landing leads to a balcony with sitting area for lounging with a view of the pool and leads over to the carriage house, that has its own stairway to the pool area. The carriage house offers its own living area, kitchenette, and king master bedroom with full bathroom complete with a walk-in shower. The third floor is a child's paradise with two bunks rooms and a second living area, as well as a media room for family movie nights!. Ain't Misbehavin offers a little slice of paradise away from home for everyone to enjoy!

NOTE: When booking, please provide the correct number of adults and children that will be staying in the home. WaterColor requires a wristband for all guests ages 5 years and older, to allow access to the amenities (pool and beach) so you must provide the correct number of guests to ensure everyone will have access to the community amenities. We are not able to provide additional wristbands after your arrival, so it is imperative you inform us at least two weeks before your arrival if there is a change after the time of booking. The HOA will not allow more than 14 guests in this home at any time, and they will not issue more than 14 bands per stay. No exceptions can be made.

Pool Heating: Pool and spa heating is offered at an additional cost from October through April. To ensure safe and effective operation, pool heating is only available when weather conditions permit. Heating is not available when outdoor temperatures are consistently below 50°F or above 80°F.

Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, road blocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. Please reach out to a team member with any questions you may have!

NOTE: Golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a certain number of vehicles (approximately 45 per week) throughout the community at any given time. Property owner provides a golf cart for guest use as an added amenity when renting their property; however, this is not an amenity 30A Cottages can guarantee. Credits, refunds, discounts or vehicle replacements will not be offered if the provided golf cart is inoperable for any reason. Golf cart repairs can be timely and are completely out of our control.

Parking
Ain't Mistbehavin has designated parking for 2 -3 vehicles in the driveway and room for 1 additional vehicle in the garage (golf cart also parked in the garage). There are additional on-street parking spaces in front of the home that are on a first come first serve basis.

WaterColor will only issue one parking pass per property. Any additional vehicles parked in the community without a parking pass displayed could be fined and or towed. WaterColor also has public on-street parking throughout the community for overflow vehicles; parking is on a first come, first served basis and passes must be displayed at all times.

Reservation/Booking Policy

***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third-party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

The house is very spacious. It has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. It was also helpful that 6 bikes are at the property. The golf cart is nice too, but it’s not in great condition. One of the mirrors is about to fall off and one of the taillights is broken. The pool was also nice, but it is very small. The house itself was clean for the most part. The coffee pot had not been emptied or cleaned out and the grill was filthy. The grill vent also doesn’t work so it wasn’t a very pleasant experience for my husband. Overall the house just needs a little TLC. There is a piece at the bottom of the dishwasher that is coming off, many of the rugs are stained, and the back door sticks pretty badly. There is an alarm that goes off any time one of the back doors is opened. I completely understand that it is a safety precaution for little ones, but it is piercing, FYI.

It was a nice house, but you could tell there have been a lot families that have stayed there (couple stains on the runners, deep scratches in doors, one door handle didn’t function so we blocked that door so the pool alarm wouldn’t go off randomly, one of the house keys didn’t work, etc.). There are also no beach chairs or beach / pool towels so we had to buy some to use. We did have a breaker trip for one of the rooms (we tried to plug in a steamer) and couldn’t access the breaker box and the after hours didn’t respond until the next day so the people in that room were without power. Overall a nice house and would stay again.

The bones of this house are nice. However, it needs a VERY deep cleaning. Maybe COVID is to blame in that they can't get good help, but for this rental price, I would expect much better. The light fixtures hanging at eye level above the kitchen island about made us want to puke. They look like they have not been touched since the house was built. The amount of dust on them looked like the chandeliers in the haunted house at Disney World...huge dust bunnies hanging from them, etc. The fact that this is right above your food prep is just gross. The cooking pots and pans were dirty, the oven was disgustingly dirty and the grill was so dirty it caught fire when we lit it due to the grease build up. Huge flames started coming out the back of the grill. Glad we turned around when we did or the outdoor kitchen would have been consumed by fire. The dishwasher turned on once every 3+ tries and the soap dispenser door would never open. We threw the soap pod in the bottom of the dishwasher and hoped for the best. Both the blender handle and its base were cracked so it completely leaked. The handle to one kitchen cabinet was missing. Measuring cups were cracked, etc. The white sofas need a serious steam cleaning. They are VERY dirty. The floor was swept clean but had not been truly cleaned in a very long time. If you walked around barefoot, it looked like you had walked around a dirty grocery store barefoot. The bottoms of our feet were BLACK! We found a long black hair in the master bed upon turning it down the first time and another hair hanging off the hand towel in the bathroom. It wasn't quite clear as to whether the sheets had been changed on a couple of the beds. Three hours prior to our party of 12 arriving, we were told the shower on the 3rd floor was inoperable. That floor sleeps eight people. While we did not have eight people up there, when I asked if they could fix the shower or give us a discount since we booked the house specifically for the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, they initially told us to just have those guests use one of the showers in the other rooms. Once the owner was alerted to the situation, he/she agreed that we should get a discount. So, that was a positive. Overall, all of these problems can be fixed and the house can be great. But until the management company deals with all these issues, I'd recommend staying elsewhere. Our previous rental was spotless and in full working order. Can provide photos of issues if necessary
