On a fully enclosed, wooded 6,000 m² property featuring a renovated farmhouse dating from 1820, Cécile and Dominique welcome you to their home, which offers two fully equipped vacation rentals, each measuring 100 m², two cottages in the grounds, and “Le petit nid,” a 35-square-meter apartment. Five accommodations on the same property, all offering privacy.
Awaiting you are a 5 x 10 m pool, a relaxation area (exclusive use available for an additional fee) with a steam room, infrared sauna, and spa, a meeting room, children’s play equipment (merry-go-round, trampoline, swing set, ping-pong table, etc.) and the tranquility of the countryside...
Located between Grenoble, Lyon, and Valence, near the Chartreuse and Vercors mountain ranges for all the joys of the mountains. Ski slope 45 minutes away.
Close to Lake Paladru (15 minutes away) and the Chambaran Forest.
At the foot of the Col de Parménie.
The 100 m² Farmhouse:
3 bedrooms upstairs for 8 people, kitchen and living room on the first floor. 2 bathrooms. 3 toilets.
La Galinette:
5 bedrooms, including one on the first floor, for 9 people; kitchen and living room on the first floor. 2 bathrooms. 2 toilets.
The Grand Chalet for 6 people, air-conditioned:
35m² with a separate bedroom for 4 people.

Fully equipped kitchenette. (Dishwasher, sink, stove, 4-burner gas stove, electric oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.) 1 bathroom.
The Chalet Rouge for 4–5 people, air-conditioned:
30 m² with a loft, ideal for 2 adults and 2 or 3 children.
Fully equipped kitchenette. (dishwasher, 2 ceramic-glass cooktops, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.), one bathroom.
The “Petit Nid” for 4 people:
35 m² with a separate bedroom for 2 people and a sleeping area on the mezzanine above the living room. Living room with a fully equipped kitchenette. (dining table, sofa bed, washing machine, 4-burner glass-ceramic stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.) 1 bathroom.
A 12 m² balcony terrace.
