About this house rental
On a 6000 m² property entirely enclosed and wooded with its renovated farmhouse dating from 1820, Cécile and Dominique welcome you to their home with 2 cottages of 100m² each fully equipped, 2 chalets in the park and "Le petit nid", 35 m² apartment. Five accommodations on the same site without promiscuity.
A 5 x 10 m swimming pool, a meeting room, children's games (turnstile, trampoline, swing, table tennis, etc.) and the calm of the countryside await you...
In addition: a relaxation area with hammam, sauna and spa (jacuzzi).
Between Grenoble, Lyon and Valence, close to the Chartreuse and Vercors massifs for the joys of the mountains. Ski slope 45 minutes away.
Close to Paladru Lake (15 minutes away) and the Chambaran forest.
At the foot of the Col de Parménie.
The Farmhouse of 110m²:
3 bedrooms upstairs for 8 people, kitchen and living room on the first floor. 2 shower rooms.3 toilets.
La Galinette:
5 bedrooms including one on the first floor for 9 people, kitchen and living room on the first floor. 2 shower rooms.2 toilets.
The Grand Chalet for 6 people air-conditioned:
35m² with closed bedroom for 4 people.
Living room with BZ 160cm Bultex super comfort.
Fully equipped kitchenette. (LL, SL, LV, 4-burner gas stove, electric oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc...) 1 shower room.
The Chalet Rouge for 4/5 people with air conditioning:
30m² with mezzanine ideal for 2 adults and for 2 or 3 children.
Fully equipped kitchenette. (LV, 2 ceramic hobs, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc...), a bathroom.
The "Little Nest" for 4 people:
35m² with closed bedroom for 2 people and a sleeping area on the mezzanine above the living room. Living room Fully equipped kitchenette. (LL, SL, LV, 4-burner ceramic stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc...) 1 shower room.
A balcony terrace of 12 m².
We are available before and during your stay with us. ;-)
Our property is very well placed in terms of proximity to shops.
We are 250m from the Village and still quiet!!
Grenoble airport (St Etienne de St Geoirs) 10 minutes away without any inconvenience at all.
Lyon 50 minutes away.
Grenoble 30 minutes away.

This is a very pleasant place to stay in the outskirts of a village with a lovely pool and shared communal garden with mountain views.
