Für uns ausschlaggebend waren die zwei Schlafzimmer und die gut ausgestattete Küche. Das Bad ist top, bei Kälte auch zügig beheizbar. Gegessen haben wir oft auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf die Ourthe und die Stadt.
Das Mobiliar auf dem Balkon war leider nicht zu gebrauchen. Wir behalfen uns mit Stühlen und Tischchen aus der Wohnung. Die vertrockneten Blumenkästen boten auch keinen schönen Anblick. Über sauberere Fenster hätten wir uns auch gefreut.

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet, weil Supermarkt und Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen waren. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung und der Küche war auch völlig in Ordnung. Es war alles super sauber. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
Der Sessel war durchgesessen und die Sitzgarnitur ein wenig abgewohnt.

Die Wohnung ist groß genug für 3 Personen und war sauber. Das Haus an sich war in einem sehr ungepflegten Zustand. Die Fenster sahen aus, als seien sie ein Jahr nicht mehr geputzt worden, total dreckig und mit Spinnweben bedeckt. Alle Pflanzen waren vertrocknet. Die Fassade war ebenfalls dreckig.
Schlechter Zustand des Hauses. Keine Handtücher im Bad. Kein Handlauf im Treppenhaus. Treppenhaus im Rohbau-Zustand. Die Bettwäsche muss ins Erdgeschoss getragen werden.
