Really comfortable apartment. It is not big but with very nice layout with a bedroom separated from living room- kitchen. Great location. Quiet. Without parking but there are no issue to find the place around the block. Apartment fully equipped (cooking, oven, Nespresso capsules machine, kettle, dishwasher, towels, sleepers, shower gel, and etc). AC helped a lot in the heat.

Location is amazing! I would stay around again. Flat was clean and has almost everything you need for comfortable stay. Communication with management was smooth and we didnt have any issue during our stay.
Pillows should be replaced. It would be great if there were blackout curtains and one more set of bedclothes and free of charge crib.

The given address s 11 "Waliców" is totally missleading. That entrance it blocked. I had to walk around the corner and enter from Grzybowska. Doing this at night and rain with luggage is a total desaster. Plus the entrances to the different parts of the building are not marked properly. It took me 30 to 40 minutes (with my luggage) to find the place. I was mad. Also i had the impression that there was parking, at least i had selected this filter. At the end it was unsecured parking in the streets. Another thing is that all power sockets are centrally switched off and on via a standard switch for a light. Very confusing.
My question via email how to get power to the sockets - outlets was answered 1 day after my email. The callcenter is difficult to reach. The entire thing is automated and cost optimized, but at the end the service, especially in an urgent situation is a mess. On top I got a call 3 hours after check out. I was already on the highway and was told that i had forgoten a small black bag in the apartment. I wasnt sure what the guy was talking about and said i would call back. In the callcenter i then got 2 different persons who had no glue. Via email i demanded to send me a picture of this bag. Still do not have it. Thus: Good apartment as long as you have no questions and no problems.
