Facility is very comfort.
As a traveler from India, booking accommodation has been quite challenging.
Unfortunately, I have already lost approximately Rs. 35,000, as 50% of the booking amount was charged as a cancellation fee due to an invalid card issue, despite having sufficient funds available in the account. The booking was made through Booking.com. They should have called and confirm or shared the alternative payment link.
It was extremely difficult to contact both the property owner and the booking support team. At one point, we were left standing on the road without any assistance or clarity regarding our accommodation status.
Based on this experience, my recommendation is that there should be more flexible payment options and better customer support, especially for international travelers, to avoid such situations.

Lokalizacja jako centrum wypadowe ZNAKOMITE, do metra 4 minuty spacerkiem (Rondo ONZ) - tramwaj tak samo. Sklep osiedlowy w tym samym budynku, Biedronka 150m. Cicha okolica pomimo bliskości centrum. Apartament wyposażony w to co najważniejsze, zmywarka, lodówka, TV czy internet. Pochwalenia zaloguje również czystość w mieszkaniu, naprawdę jest DOBRZE.
Apartament jest odświeżony, ale widać, że niektóre elementy wymagają "modernizacji" jak np. meble w kuchni. Klatka w bloku również może lekko odstraszyć, oraz specyficzny zapach w niej (prawdopodobnie z restauracji poniżej).

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, sehr gepflegt und sehr ruhig.
Der Portier war sehr unfreundlich, verstand kein Englisch und sprach sehr unfreundlich laut. Bevor man die Wohnung betritt, stinkt es im Flurgang sehr....
