Marisa was a very nice lady. The VRBO listing stated she spoke English and she does not. We had a difficult time communicating with her, we used google translate constantly. The listing also stated that there was a hot tub on the property and there is not. Listing stated that linens and towels were provided and she wanted to charge us for towels and linens. We did not pay for these as we showed her the listing. The front door only opens a quarter of the way so we had trouble moving suitcases in and out. The pictures show the exterior as stunning views and a wonderful porch. However there is crumbling walls and tarped furniture and clutter along the outside walls. There is a stunning view out the living room doors. The upstairs contains the bedrooms with slanted ceilings and no a/c. The upstairs bathroom does have a tub with a wand but not capable of a stand up shower. In 1 room there was zero closet or drawer space and zero room for a suitcase so we had to use the room across the hall to dress. Listing also showed parking on the property, however, it is only for small cars. We had a sedan to hold 4 adults with luggage and the car would not fit down the driveway with a sharp turn. We had to park on the street outside the gates. We struggled in the kitchen also as it was full of her personal items as she lives in this residence and vacates it when it is rented out via VRBO.
