    Our experience at King George Hotel Prague was disappointing for two main reasons. First, we accidentally booked two rooms instead of one. We realized the mistake only about 48 hours after the free cancellation period had passed. Although we understand that hotel policies exist, we had hoped the hotel would show some flexibility or goodwill given that it was an honest mistake. Unfortunately, they refused to provide any refund or partial accommodation, which left us with a poor impression of their customer service. Second, the reception was frequently unattended. On one occasion, we needed the key to our second room, but there was no staff member at reception. A note with a phone number had been left saying they would return, but we waited and checked back repeatedly for nearly two hours before we were finally able to obtain the key the following day. While we didn’t initially need access to the second room, some friends later joined us, and we intended to let them use that room. The lack of staff availability made this unnecessarily difficult and inconvenient. The hotel’s location is good, but reliable reception service and a more customer-friendly approach to genuine booking mistakes would have made a significant difference. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

    Wonderful old charm hotel with clean and nice room

    The hotel not so close to main train station or airport. You need to take public transport or taxi to reach the hotel. For late check-in you need to inform the hotel in advance as no staff for 24 hours. but it give you option for self check-in. the hotel is located close to old town and easier if want to explore the old town.

    They assigned me a loft. The room is not match with their description. The room is small and fill with columns and beam. I am not super tall but i still need to bend all the time during my stay. The bed is super soft and have no support, which make my low back pain. This room makes me hate Prague.
