localisation dans un quartier hyper calme , proche de la mer , les équipements ménagers de la maison sont récents et propres,maison bien équipée dans l ensemble, accès facile.

L’odeur d’urine de chat persistante dans une des salles de bain et les lits à lattes dans un mauvais état.
