Très belle situation au cœur de la ville et de ses activités, commerces

Le parking niveau -1 a des places qui sont bien pour des "petites voitures" mais 2 véhicules "type SUV" seront très difficiles à stationner côte à côte, voir impossible en fonction des emplacements.

Appartement très bien situé et très propre. Super accueil des gérants. Nous avons vraiment apprécié cet endroit décoré avec goût et très bien agencé(tout le nécessaire est présent)

Une légère odeur d égout dans la salle de bain apparaît de temps en temps probablement lié à l’immeuble et non l’appartement.

Good location in the very city centre with a good view on the mountain. There was a lot of tableware, different kitchen supplies, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. Great quality tap water.

There was a very unpleasant surprise at the check in. We were told to pay 60 EUR as a cleaning fee (which was mentioned neither in the apartment description nor in the booking price) or clean the apartment ourselves. Moreover, the owners provided us with the long cleaning checklist. As we didn't want to spend our vacation cleaning we paid the cleaning fee. But then it turned out later the apartment wasn't very clean. There was a lot of someone's hair, the bathroom had an unpleasant smell of previous visitors. Also, the beds were not made up. Having two small children I had to spend around 40 minutes making up 3 beds instead of putting my kids to sleep after a long trip. We asked for a baby cot when booking. Though it was provided it wasn't installed and ready. As we were not familiar with that model we spent around 15 minutes trying to unfold it. Also, the bed linen for it wasn't provided. The toilet and bathroom sink tap were leaking. The first evening I had to spend 20 min drying everything on the sink and moving all the stuff away to some other place. Though, there is a washing machine there is no place to dry the clothes except a small towel drier And lastly, the parking space is very small. We could park only because my husband is a very experienced driver. I wouldn't be able to do it myself.
