About this villa rental
IUN P1262 - Villa Emma is a beautiful two-storey villa located on the hill of Geremeas Residence, with a splendid panoramic view and a few minutes walk from Geremeas Beach (Marongiu Beach). The beach can be reached either along the paved road or through a staircase, a convenient shortcut to quickly reach the beach. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people having 3 large bedrooms, one twin and two doubles where the beds can also be separated if desired, 2 complete bathrooms and a service bathroom. On the ground floor there is a very large living area, divided between a dining area with a large table, the adjacent fully equipped kitchen, a service bathroom with laundry area and a large living room with many seats and a TV area. Downstairs there is the sleeping area: the position makes it particularly cool even during the hottest months, there is however an air conditioner that serves all the rooms. This area consists of a first complete bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with large wardrobe and with the possibility of separating the beds if necessary, another double bedroom which is also very large and again with the possibility of separate the beds and a third twin bedroom with delightful private veranda with sitting area. A second full bathroom also equipped with shower completes the sleeping area. Going back up, the living room leads to a large outdoor veranda with a spectacular view of the sea and the whole bay. The veranda is perfectly equipped for both eating and resting, chatting, reading or simply enjoying the view, in fact we find a complete sitting area and other tables with seats in various areas. Adjacent to the veranda there is a wonderful brick BBQ where you can cook while enjoying a magnificent view. The villa has a large garden with flat and terraced areas, there is also a very comfortable outdoor hot shower. The property also has two private parking spaces inside the gate.
Villa Emma is one of our Pet Friendly properties, therefore perfect for hosting your pets, thanks to the large fully fenced garden, with many shaded areas, kennels, bowls for animals and even a beautiful small pool for dogs so they can play and cool off on the hottest days. Internet connection with Wi-Fi is included, which is rare in this area. The house is comfortable and tastefully furnished, suitable for living all year round, ideal for peaceful and relaxing holidays for adults, children and pets!
NB: The villa for the month of August is rented with a minimum capacity of 6 people, to get the correct quote enter 6 people (or more if you are more than 6) in the number of guests. Quotes with less than 6 guests will not be accepted.

Great location in Southern Sardinia on a long sand beach with crystal clear waters and plenty of amenities. The house is in a quiet gated community, up the hill a bit from the beach -- which is accessible by walking 5 minutes down some stairs. The house was spacious for our family of four and had all we needed. The beds were comfortable and the deck had a gorgeous view of the ocean. Lorenza was super friendly, informative, and easy to communicate with - even when our travel plans changed at the last minute. Our only complaint was that it was VERY hot when we visited (which Lorenza says was unusual), and the lack of A/C upstairs made it nearly impossible to cook or use the dining/living room areas. However, the A/C downstairs was great for sleeping and we enjoyed a nice breeze on the veranda. We loved our first visit to Sardinia and already want to go back. Highly recommend this place!

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in gesicherter Anlage in absoluter Ruhe mit tollem Meerblick. Es war blitzblank sauber, in der Küche findet man alle notwendigen Utensilien in bestem Zustand, es ist reichlich Geschirr vorhanden und auch sonst hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Wohn-Essbereich bietet genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten und ist äußerst gemütlich. Die Schlafzimmer haben sehr bequeme Betten, Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren makellos und dufteten frisch. Besonders zu erwähnen ist Lorenza, die sich wirklich jedes Problems sofort annimmt und auch immer einen guten Tipp bereit hat, man kann sich keine bessere Gastgeberin wünschen! Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und können die Villa nur empfehlen.

we just had a great vacation. The house is beautiful and strategically located not to miss anything of all the wonders the southern Sardinian coast offers. Lorenza was an amazing host, helped us book restaurants, find the best beaches and accommodated all our requests. Thank you Lorenza! We had the best time!!
