Get ready to be greeted at the entrance by our splendid Design Swimming Pool heated from April to November, with a temperature of 27/28 degrees, by the 5-seater Outdoor Jacuzzi (adjustable water temperature up to 38 degrees centigrade) with sofas and a huge garden surrounded by greenery, perfect for those who love outdoor sports even on holiday with their children.
Equipped with a huge terrace with two dining tables, outdoor sofas and deckchairs, ideal for relaxing in the evening with the sound of the sea waves and the sea breeze. You will also find a new barbecue at your disposal suitable for cooking meat and fish outdoors.
Large and bright living room, with Smart TV with Netflix, Disney + and Amazon Prime for an evening of fun.
Immediately after there is the kitchen with electric ovens and microwave, induction hob and coffee machine already provided. Equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and minibar. Private chef on request.
There are 4 bedrooms, 2 with double beds (a French bed and a king size bed) with memory foam pillows, and 2 bedrooms with single beds, for a total of 9 beds. Each double bedroom also has a private bathroom and Smart TV. You will find different types of pillows to satisfy every need and clean sheets.
An important part of the house are the 3 bathrooms with emotional shower for a SPA effect. A welcome kit is included. Outside there is a fourth bathroom, ideal for taking a shower when returning from the beach before entering the house.
As a service included in the price, there is also a personal concierge available 24 hours a day, for various services such as booking a restaurant, taxi or loading and unloading luggage
There is a large parking lot that can accommodate up to 4 cars.

We loved our stay in this beautiful area with a comfy stylish house and amazing quiet large beach! Great family location. Food markets nearby and a few restaurants. The ocean is clear blue and refreshing to be in. Not far from Cagliari to make trips there if needed. We just relaxed and enjoyed our time together. Thanks Alessandro!

Wow, der perfekte Sardinien Urlaub mit der Familie. Woher dieser Wow-Effekt kommt? Zu aller erst steht der für den Gastgeber. Alessandro ist ein herzensguter Mensch, die Vorab-Kommunikation via Whatsapp war hervorragend, er ist stehts an der Hand wenn man etwas braucht. Wir kamen am ersten Tag erst um 22h45 am Haus an. Kein Problem, sagte Alessandro. Er war selbst um diese Zeit noch da und hat uns herzlich in Empfang genommen und sogar den Kühlschrank für den nächsten Morgen gefüllt. Einfach toll.
Das Haus ist super groß, die Bilder zeigen das gar nicht richtig. Ein großer Außenbereich mit Sofa-Bereich, schönem Essbereich und noch einer dritten Sitzecke ist toll, der Garten riesig, am Abend mit Außenbeleuchtung toll. Es gibt zudem einen Wäscheraum mit separatem Kühlschrank und eine tolle Außendusche mit Waschbecken und Toilette.
Das Haus innen bietet mit vier Schlafzimmern, zwei davon mit separatem Bad, einem weiteren kompletten Badezimmer, offener Küche und einem Ess-/Wohnbereich Platz für 10 Erwachsene. Wir waren vier Erwachsene und drei kleine Kinder. Wir hatten Platz ohne Ende.
Der Strand - und das war entscheidend für uns - ist durch die Gartentüre in 30 sec erreichbar. Man kann jederzeit kurz zurück ins Haus, das ist gerade mit kleinen Kindern super. Der Strand ist toll gelegen, rechts und links nach 5 min Fußweg sind Strandbars mit dem Nötigsten von Eis bis Apperol.
Nach Cagliari sind es gut 30 min mit dem Auto, nach Villasimius ca. 20 min. Der nächste kleine - aber schöne und ausreichende - Supermarkt ist im nächsten Ort ca. 5 min Weg. Direkt gegenüber des Ortes an der Landstraße liegt mit "The Aquarium" eine wahnsinnig schöne und moderne Pizzeria. Unbedingt mal hingehen oder Pizza abholen.
Ich kann das Haus und Alessandro als Gastgeber nur empfehlen. Einzig die 3h Fahrt von Olbia sind ein wenig nervig, aber das ist schon alles. Der Rest ist ein Traum.

This is a beautiful house only 50 meters from a large sandy beach. The house has a large garden with a fence, which is good if you travel with small children. We were a group of ten (6 adults and 4 children) and a dog. The house has several very nice outside spaces with shade and enough space if you like to have dinner outside. We especially loved the barbecue. Alessandro is a great host who is always available if you need something. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would recommend everyone the experience.

Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern das wunderschöne Strandhaus von Alessandro bewohnen dürfen. Es befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand. Der Strand befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Bucht. Ideal zum Schwimmen, Schnorcheln, SUP fahren und bei Wind zum Surfen. Das Haus ist bezaubernd eingerichtet und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Es steckt viel Liebe im Detail. Die Betten sind hervorragend und die Klimaanlage neu und kaum zu hören. Alessandro war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und gab uns wertvolle Empfehlungen für Restaurants. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die erholsamen 10 Tage Auszeit.
