About this apartment rental
This apartment is a great launching pad for you adventures in Canyon! Located at The Flats apartment complex, newly remodeled Apt 16 is a corner unit that is ideal for 4. With 2 Queen Bedrooms, 1 shower bath & kitchen, it’s a perfect fit for just traveling through or long stays.
Located just 3 blocks(.3 miles) to WTAMU campus & Panhandle Plains Musuem, 1 mile to downtown Canyon & 12 miles to Palo Duro Canyon, this a wonderful place to relax after a day of exploring and adventure.
Check in time is 3pm or later. Access is through a keyless lock which you’ll be provided the code prior to arrival, so late night check-ins are not a problem. Check out time is 11am.
No one should start their day off without caffeine- so you’ll find coffee & creamer to get you powered up, along with some breakfast snacks.
A Smart WiFi TV is provided that you can access your personal Netflix, Prime, Hulu(etc) accounts.
The bathroom has clean towels, basic toiletries- shampoo, conditioner & body wash. In the bedroom closet, you will find iron & ironing board.
We are just a txt or phone call away & can be there in about 10 minutes for anything that might need attention.
There are other units on the property so you may see & hear other guests or tenants coming & going throughout the day.

My mom and I absolutely loved this place. It was exactly as described. The host was so helpful. Before our trip she gave us advice on where to visit. Loved that she had some water in the refrigerator for us when we arrived. Our plane arrived later and we were so exhausted and didn’t want to travel to a store. Worked out perfect. I did leave waters for the next person. It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. The shower was amazing, great pressure and temperature every time. Liked that we could control the temperature and the ceiling fans in every room. It was very comfortable. Great WIFI. I can’t say anything about the TV because we never turned it on, but sure it would have been fine. The only thing that stood out was on Monday (Memorial Day) they mowed the lawn at 7:00 AM . It didn’t take them long to mow and I went back to sleep to only be wakened by the weed whip!!. Started our day with a great chuckle. I highly recommend, it is great for 2 people but 4 would work. Thanks for being such a great host and offering this beautiful property for people to enjoy!. Will definitely stay here again

I had to request check-in information from the host. Dirty dishes were left in the sink. The host took care of both of these issues quickly. Cute place with everything that we needed for our stay.

The home was clean and comfortable. It was convenient for our stay in Canyon.

The location looked worse than it was. Neighbors were very loud slamming door at all hours. The home looked like it isn't rented out to often. Was dusty and had an odor of sitting vacant. Table and sofa are different than in picture.
