Easy to check in. Plenty of parking in driveway for 3 cars. Great location. We were in for a UC graduation and it was centrally located to UC, downtown and other attractions.

First trip to Cincinnati for a long weekend. Wanted to be close to downtown for baseball and sightseeing and we did find it easy to get there within 15 minutes. House and neighborhood are older. You had to watch when walking up to the front sidewalk from driveway that a car wasn't going to run you down. We had 3 couples and one toddler and were a little disappointed the backyard was a bit neglected to have her play out there. We ate out so didn't use all the available pots, pans and dishes but some extra glasses and coffee mugs would be helpful. Tried the nearby Incline Social House that has a great city view and enjoyed the food so much we went back for brunch. Our host was very responsive and gave us some good recommendations.
