The property was amazing overall! We had a great time. But important to note: The porch did smell like dog pee and inside there was a damp pet smell. Two important items were missing for us, pot holders and a dish rag. The carpet probably need’s removed because it’s old and impossible to get or keep clean at beach…Don’t forget your own dishwasher tabs, dish soap, laundry soap, extra toilet paper, etc. This place was actually great and affordable overall, but is not crisp and new. Great location, pools, etc. I bought a can of Lysol and sprayed the carpet, etc. Very spacious and a great workout climbing the 2 flights of stairs, close to both pools and close to the beach! Perfect for a large family, kids, etc. We also cooked in daily in the kitchen.

The rental management was very friendly the place was clean and the kitchen was well stocked and for the price it was well worth it we will be going back again.
