The restaurant staff was amazing! Food was great, our waiter was so polite and engaging. Gym was good, same as ping pong
The reception y check out messed up our bills and realised when we were already away. We got calls and many many lany messages within a couple of hours to pay asap but as we had explained we were transferring to our other location the whole day. Really bad experience to leave us with a bitter taste. Also everything in there is already priced with a Massive markup

The AC stopped working and someone had to be called at 11pm in the night to fix it
The order placed for the breakfast to go (that was placed a night before) was missed by the staff completely and ended up delaying our checkout by 1 hr.
