Location is near to my office, so good for me. This time i get hot water in my room 24hrs which is an improvement from last time stay (were solar heaters were not at all effective in heating water)
One suggestion for improvement: After one time toilet flush the Toilet takes atleast 5-10mins for water filling which is very bad. Not hygienic. This water tank filling needs improvement.

Our stay at Chennai Inn goes beyond words. We never felt that we were staying in a hotel. It was just home away from home. Perfect for a family. The ambience was good, the surroundings were quiet and calm, the room was compact and cozy. Though there are no restaurants in walkable distance, the Inn gives you a homely reception for food ordered on apps to be delivered to your room. The staff were prompt and polite in their enquiry cum reminder about the check-out time and obliged to our request for a late check-out. The staff was so hospitable at all times.
Chennai Inn would surely be in our top list on our next visit to Chennai.

near by there was no restaurant really hard to have the food. there no balcony.
