The Airbnb owner was really easy to work with. Provided us everything we requested.
The place wasn't 100% clean when we arrived, but was cleaned upon request. Had to ask for hair dryer and washing machine soap.

* Brand new renovation
* Private well equipped kitchen
* Floor fan was very useful during hot July's night
* Bus stop is really nearby
* There is a private balcony (without chairs though)
* Table and chairs in the room came in handy for the breakfast
* Roll - down blinds for increased privacy and protection from the sun
* Low flying commercial airplanes
* Very thin walls - you can hear your neighbours
* Bathroom wasn't properly cleaned - long hair on the ground, soap stains on the surfaces
* Kitchen backsplash was dirty
* Linens and towels were washed, but didn't smell good
* Only one blanket and only one towel
* The building is getting locked at 11 pm, so don't plan any late dinners

It was pretty comfortable and warm.
Owner took "deposit" but we never got back the money. He told we would get them back. So i think it's a scam.
