Location of the cabin was super close to downtown Gatlinburg. Hot tub wouldn’t stay as warm as we would have liked. We would get out for awhile to allow it to heat back up. The pool was surprisingly a lot cooler than we had expected. So we weren’t in the pool as often. There was an alarm on the door leading to the pool that would go off if the door was left open for more than 2 seconds it felt like. Which was annoying however, if you were to have kids this is helpful! I did contact the property staff to ensure it wasn’t broken. Stated it is now a state requirement. Totally understandable. I would have like more towels for showering, we had a big group of adults. The cabin overall was clean, as I was cleaning up throughout our stay we had found snack wrappers in between the mattress and the wall of the bunk bed. The coffee pot I had to clean out as there was build up gunk in the water section. Dust throughout random places. (No big deal but to some it may be.) One of the burners on the stove seems to be a hotter than the setting youd have set. They do provide a bag with coffee, dish soap, and dishwasher soap.and a couple trash bags. My preference I would have liked more trash bags, paper towels, and laundry detergent.Just starter items so you didn’t have to run to town right away. Overall our stay was pleasant. This is the second time we have stayed in the cabin first we stayed here with some friends and had a good experience that’s why we ended up booking for another group!

Splash n view was a great cabin. No salt and pepper shakers and a few other small things that probably should have been there but over all great cabin for friends and family. The “hot tub” attached to the pool is not hot and won’t get hot at least for us.

The master bedroom tv did not work. After we called about it it was never fixed for the duration of our stay. The upstairs back bedroom windows leaked during the rain. Cabin needs some minor fixings but other than that beautiful.
