Modern Lake Home with Big Lake Views! **WE ARE TAKING EXTRA CLEANING PRECAUTIONS**
We remodeled most of the home last year. Our house is a warm, modern lake home with high-end finishes & huge lake views! Sit in the family room while taking in the lake views or the snow capped trees while sitting in front of the fireplace, watching your favorite movie or playing games.
**super easy to Lake access from our home. It’s just a short two minute walk. We have a small dock**

Maximum 2 cars allowed on property at this time no exceptions.
Trash should be taken to the central refuse drop off location daily so as to prevent wildlife coming onto property.
Effective November 1 of each year through the winter, all drivers are required to maintain chains in their vehicle. Please make sure to check the weather and bring chains with you. No refunds are given due to snow conditions.

We had a fabulous time at Boulder Bay. The property is located in a great area. Everything was clean, modern and comfortable. We had an amazing time!!

My wife and I along with our 3 boys were looking to have a whit Christmas this year. In 2020 we went to Sedona for Xmas but the snow came in the night after we left. This year we hit the jack pot in Big Bear Lake. We booked a 4 bedroom 2 story cabin with lake view. The cabin was everything that was advertised in the listing. It was very clean and spacious. My family loved it they wanted to stay longer. The owner Christmas and the property manager Josh were great host and very helpful when called apon.

This home was in a perfect location less than a minute walk down to the Lake. The home has spectacular views of the lake from the kitchen, living room and main bedroom. Property photos accurately reflect this wonderful home.
