ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath. Upstairs first master bedroom has a king bed, twin bed, gas log fireplace, smart TV with cable, and private bath with jet tub and glass enclosed tiled shower with bench. Downstairs second master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV with cable, private bath, and deck access. Downstairs third bedroom has a double/double bunk bed, crib, smart TV with cable, private bath, and deck access. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring top-of-the-line appliances and all the essentials needed to prepare delicious meals. Share laughter and create memories around the dining table or step out onto the balcony and savor your meals while taking in the stunning lake vistas.
AMENITIES - For extra entertainment, our cabin boasts a fantastic game room with a pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, and basketball hoop game. Boulder Bay Chalet Lakefront was a dream! We had the best weekend and enjoyed the amenities it came with!
We celebrated my dad's birthday and they had everything ready before we got there. Everything was clean and safe. It was peaceful and quiet we even got to see a couple shooting stars ✨
The only downside is that we couldn't stay longer because the weekend ended and had to go back home but we're excited to go back once it starts to snow.

The house is beautiful and has a wonderful view. But it’s advertised all over the listing as “lakefront” when it is in fact across Big Bear Blvd (busy highway) from the lake. It is highway-front with lake view, but not lakefront. We were frustrated by an inflexible and antiquated check in process which required us to either email a photo of our credit card or drive 10 extra minutes to a third party location to give them our credit card despite having fully paid on Vrbo. This was after a windy mountain drive with 3 carsick kids while my parents were sitting, waiting at the property, with groceries going bad. We also dealt with some ants at the property (which happens). Long story short—- beautiful home with great view and fun game room. But not truly lakefront.

Property was real nice and cozy for us to enjoy our stay.
On another note it does need a little more attention to things like bedspreads/comforters didn't seem to be very clean carpets may need a shampooing. The hot tub has no lights leading up the stairs to it and around it for after dark use. Not all of the jets and lights worked on the hot tub either so we had to switch around. New pans are needed in kitchen. We made it work thanks and stay COOL!!

The house was amazing!! Unfortunately couldn't utilize the washer and dryer they were in bad shape looks like never been cleaned out. And the floors were absolutely disgusting! Arcade is unfortunately also broken down hardly use the games.
