Kääriku ÖÖD HÖTELS

The concept of ÖÖD mirror houses is really cool, and suits really well for a nature location like Kääriku. Even though it's located essentially in a sports complex, and we weren't there for sports, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was plentiful, personal sauna experience was great, and we also went for a swim in the lake that's a short walk from the ÖÖD houses.

We found two ants in the bed during out stay. We weren't too bothered by it, but when I mentioned it at the reception during checkout just as feedback, the repsonse I got was "you've come to nature". Yes... but I believe the ÖÖD concept and brand stands for a premium stay — where ants in bed should not be a part of the experience. Being used to Estonian hospitality (and again, the context of this ÖÖD house being situated in a sports complex), I wasn't too bothered by this, but I can imagine some pickier travelers might be!

Meeldis, et voodi oli väga mugav. Kõik vajalik oli olemas, isegi varstolmuimeja. Äge oli, et igale majale on eraldi saun. Õhtupimeduses on veidi veider saunas käia, sest näed ainult enda peegeldust. Aga päevavalguses on metsavaatega saun üliäge! Meeldis väga ka hommikusöök, mis oli üllatuslikult mitmekesine. Sõbrannade väljasõiduks ideaalne koht!
