Delightful and great value apartment in Klosters.

Great location, facilities, clean and tasteful studio in keeping with the location. We have stayed in Klosters 3 times previously and this studio was the best value for what you get. English TV channel. Lots of kitchenware, kettle, coffee maker plus pods, fridge, dishwasher, stove top etc. Great shower. Much cheaper than the Piz Buin (which was also fab), especially if you’re not looking for a pool, sauna etc. due to time/other plans. The host was super helpful and responsive when we got a little lost.

We enjoyed staying in the apartment very much and the location is great . The key / entry issue was

The lock box for the keys was difficult and I required my adult son’s help to both see and manipulate the code numbers to open it . Even he had to angle the torch on his phone to try to see the numbers. On departure I couldn’t close the box at all. I would have panicked about gaining entry if my son had not been with us .

I do not recommend based on what I have seen. I hope it is a rare situation, esp the booking had to wait for answer from

I have asked for cancellation after international calls to booking as there was no response for text message. It ends adding costs for calls more than 40 euro (after mid night). The property offered cancellation for full refund, no comment from me! The property mentioned and apologized that there was miscommunication with cleaning team that appreciated though should not happen in first place.

I have arrived around around night that I have informed the property. When I came, the room was full of garbage, empty bottles, used bed sheets and used towels and shampoo. Booking response is slow and costly, that Im totally not happy with as they mentioned that they have to wait for the property response. I have asked the guy if you are in my situation, please advice what you would do. No answer apart from we understand, but no action. I had taken my decision to leave as I will end either sleeping sitting on the chair or the street. I left and I had to walk around the street hopefully to find availability with my luggages to find another hotel post midnight and in very cold weather.

Wunderbares Studio an idealer Lage! Sehr schöne Einrichtung und sehr konfortabel (nur der Balkon fehlt ;-)). Es hat uns wahnsinnig gut gefallen!
