Sijainti hyvä, lähellä keskustaa, mutta keskeisestä sijainnista huolimatta rauhallinen nukkua. Varsinkin ilmainen pysäköintimahdollisuus oli erinomainen. Sänky oli mukava ja huoneen sai riittävän pimeäksi valoisana kesäyönä nukkumista varten. Siisti ja hyvässä kunnossa.
Ei juuri ollut miinuksia. Jos olisi halunnut tehdä itse enemmän ruokaa, välineitä vähänlaisesti, mutta niillä pärjäsi.

Hyvä sijainti ohikulkijalle. Ruokakauppa aukion toisella puolella, kätevää käydä ostamassa tarvittavaa. Helppo pääsy, lyhyesti portaita tai hissi tarvittaessa. Asuntoon ei kantautunut ulkoa mitään häiritseviä ääniä. Huoneisto ja kylpyhuone olivat avarat. Muutama pimennysverho ehkä tarvittaisi lisää jotta saisi kunnolla ikkunat peittoon. Mukava ja edullinen, saatamme yöpyä toistekin.
Huonepölyä oli vähän siellä täällä. Juustohöylä puuttui. Ruokapöydän tuolit hieman epämukavat istua (pienehköt baarituolit) mutta pikaisessa ruokailussa menetteli.
