Hello, I’m from Peru and I truly loved the kindness, the service, and the overall attention here. The food was also excellent. The location is amazing—very central and perfect for sightseeing, especially if it’s your first time in Vienna. Everything important feels close and easy to reach. Honestly, 10/10 experience. You don’t need to overthink it—just come and enjoy.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel — the hospitality was truly exceptional. The staff went out of their way to make our first anniversary special, even surprising us with beautiful decorative arrangements that made the occasion memorable. The breakfast spread was amazing, with lots of variety and great quality. The only minor downside was that the hotel infrastructure felt a bit old, but the warmth and care of the team more than made up for it. Overall, a delightful experience that we’d happily recommend for anyone looking for genuine service and memorable hospitality.
