Exceptional

After our long trip we arrived in late night and we were really happy to have big and silent bedroom with perfect facilities. Comfortable, and clean. Our kids comfort is priority to us and they really liked this place. I can recomnend!

Very close to supermarket & tram station.

Had lift but always locked and reception did not tell, only when asking then replied it was out of order!! But actually when housekeeping time, it worked !! We had to carry 3 big luggage to walk up until 3rd floor!! Is it called "service " - did not have kettle for boil water, finally gave a dirty one after asking (see picture). - room is small, - toilet door do not have lock, - the additional beds' leg was broken, - room door only can locked by key - only provided 1 set of keys that means all people have to move at the same. - all doors (building's front door, corridor 's door, room door)1 were using tradition keys to open/lock, it is very old fashion.

My travel plans were changed multiple times due to flight cancellations and transportation strikes in France, and the hotel staff were very accommodating to my changes and provided information about how to access my room after hours.

It was a little hot in my room and I didn't know how or if there was any AC. But it wasn't uncomfortable and I didn't spend much time in the room as Saarbrucken is a city that must be experienced outdoors.

Covers all the basics well, so it's a great choice in its price range. Wifi could be better.

The location of the hotel was great, very easy to get to the train station and everywhere else in town. The room was fine, a bit bigger than I expected, very clean, and had the basics. The shower was good, and plenty of power outlets in good locations. The breakfast was very generous in size, and mostly pleasant.

While the room was adequate, it was a little dated (fine for the price) but more importantly didn't have any air conditioning. I visited in the summer and the room got very hot during the day (even with the window left open and curtains drawn). Thsi made sleep a bit difficult. The other main problem for me was the wifi which was a bit intermittent. It worked fine sometimes but completely disconnected or got so slow that it was unusable at some points. Sufficient for casual surfing but I wouldn't recommend for a business trip. As a minor detail, some of the breakfast was obviously prepared far ahead of time (the cucumbers and tomato slices most obviously).

Ruhige, angenehme Unterkunft für eine Woche

Auf meine Anfrage hin nach einem ruhigen Zimmer wurde mir das Studio im 5.Stock zur Verfügung gestellt, wo ich wirkliche ruhige Nächte verbachte und auch tagsüber meine Ruhe hatte, wenn ich sie brauchte.

Höchstens die quietschende Aufzugstür, aber das habe ich ich bei der Abreise zur Sprache gebracht, und mir wurde versichert, dass das umgehend behoben würde

Facilmente raggiungibile, soprattutto per noi che eravamo a piedi. Ottimo materasso, abbiamo riposato bene. La ns stanza era al quinto piano, grande, pulita. Bagno grande con vasca da bagno. Nelle vicinanze si trova di tutto: negozi, supermercato, ristoranti.

Avremmo gradito cuscini extra. Lo sciacquone del wc è tremendamente rumoroso.

sehr abgenutzt, keine Frühstücksoption, renovierungsbedürftig, hellhörig, Heizung war aus, Gardinen reichen nicht aus um das ganze Fenster zu verdunkeln, Gerüst vor dem Fenster
