This cheerful courtyard villa has an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, full laundry room and is located in The Village of Greenbriar on the Nancy Lopez Championship Golf Course.
The living room provides comfortable seating and a 50 inch TV with WiFi for any home streaming services you would like to attach. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything needed to prepare home cooked meals including breakfast bar with stools.
Master bedroom includes a king size bed, TV, walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. Second bedroom is tastefully decorated with a queen size bed, dresser and closet. A second full bathroom is adjacent. The third bedroom has a full size bed, dresser and large closet.
Enjoy the outdoors on the beautiful, screened in lanai which overlooks a large pond and golf course.
Garage is spacious enough for one vehicle and the complimentary gas golf cart for your use. Additional parking is allowed in the driveway.
Stroll to the award winning Lopez Country Club Restaurant or to the fun, outdoor Legacy Bar and Grill. The Springdale fitness trail is a 3 minute walk away. This was our third visit, which says it all! Couldn't be better!! Nice property on a golf course and pond, easy golf cart ride to 7 golf courses, country club, and rec centers with pools, pub, and game rooms. Owners are great people!

This was our third visit to this home, which says it all! As in the past visits, we had a great time. The listing is accurate. The home is well situated on a small pond and golf course, and nearby is the Lopez complex of country club, two executive courses, and 27 hole championship course. I biked and walked daily, we played golf frequently, and my wife swam laps at a nearby recreation center. The owners are good people, and we recommend this property fully.

This was our second stay in this property, and we love it! I repeat everything I said in my review last year, and agree with the other 5 star review from Wilfred N from March, 2021. It is quiet, well situated, clean, well stocked, and faces a beautiful pond.

This is an excellent rental, accurately described in the listing, on the Erin Glen golf course overlooking a pond. It is a 5 minute walk or 2 minute golf cart ride to the Nancy Lopez Legacy complex (golf courses, restaurant, and driving range.). It is quiet and peaceful. The house is well-stocked and maintained. I can't recommend it highly enough.
