Michael and his wife run the hotel, its a very nice experience compared to other similarly priced hotels in Adenau that

Clean, ample rooms, excellent breakfast. Well located just uphill of Adenau but far from traffic and noise.

If you need anything after breakfast its impossible to get in contact with anyone. Par for the course in Germany. Sauna and spa were closed due to lack of staff.

A wonderful hotel tucked away in the hills, perfect for visiting the Ring.

A lovely hotel tucked away in the hills just outside of Adenau, very peaceful, you can just hear the cars going round in the distance, if that's why you're going it's great. The staff are wonderful and the hotel, is clean. Breakfast was very good. The rooms had electric roller blinds on them which is welcome as it keeps the daylight out. They have a nice outside space where you can sit, with a fridge that has a few beers in with an honesty policy, a nice touch. It has loads of parking with plenty of room.

It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room, other than that no complaints.

Wunderbar.

We needed a stopover on the way to Nuremberg and this hotel in Adenau, Eifel Forest was in a perfect location. Breakfast- Mamma Mia - was utterly scrumptious and an overflowing in abundance.

Good room size, best hotel breakfast anywhere in Germany & great balcony view. Nice owners. Bathrooms well equipped, clean and toiletries provided. Room heating was great to dry out my wet motorcycle gear. Room was serviced even though it was only a 2 night stay which wasn't expected.

The restaurant was closed due to staffing issues and the bar closed early (same reason). Feel sorry for the owner who lost all his staff due to Covid. Inside is still immaculately clean and looked after, but the outside areas are suffering a bit. I don't mind the bar closing early but it would have been nice to have an evening meal without having to go down into Adenau to find a restaurant every night. There's also no taxi's available either in the town to get you back up the hill!

A friendly welcome in a great location

The hosts of the property were very friendly and accommodating for non German speakers. Rooms were clean and the location of the property was great.

We were unable to connect to the Wifi. No onsite cooking facilities for dinner (although the host was very happy to direct us to local eateries that were not too far).

Very enjoyable.

The hotel is in a beautiful location and within walking distance of the main street in Adenau, it has a spacious and safe parking for guests. The staff are all very friendly, the room was good and had a very good shower. The breakfast is really excellent, a very good buffet with a lot of choice and good quality products. I would surely come here again, thank you for the pleasant stay!

The bed and mattress could be a little bit more firm, otherwise everything was really very nice.

My third visit to this beautiful Landhaus. Fabulous location, surrounded by nature. Great breakfast, plentiful parking, spacious room with large balcony, very quiet. Lovely views - situated high up, slightly outside the town. Lots of restaurants in Adenau: excellent quality and value.

It would have been nice to have had coffee making facilities in the room, especially as the lounge and bar were closed.
