The lakeside location, easy to explore Ratzeburg on foot.
When I reported three issues of cleanliness, they were rectified by immediately.

The breakfast was delicious, and parking wasn’t a problem.
They never told us they were hosting a Christmas buffet the night we were arriving, got there and wanted to eat but couldn’t because we didn’t make a reservation. Maitre d’ was rude and unhelpful both times we tried to eat dinner at the hotel. Pillowcases and duvet covers were a thin and uncomfortable material. After they cleaned up the room, there was still a pillow lying on the floor.
