Aspire Elements Reutlingen, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

Room was clean, breakfast was good, location was good, area and rooms was quite silence, staff in the reception was really kind, he deserves more respect. In total the money I paid worth for it.

The only thing that I reduced rate of this hotel is management. When we arrived to the hotel at 16:00 , There wasn't a person at the reception, it wasn't possible to make a check in. 2 hour later we returned , it was written on the table of reception, check in is only possible from 20:00. Oke we waited until that time but it was only possible to check at 20:30. A lot of people waited in front of reception. Some of them had card but problems with opening door . When receptionist arrived, many people get angry to him. But he said they called me from my holiday time to just for today work, because nobody is available. He was very kind, tried to do his best. Since he was another city, it took him time to come to hotel. He was naturally late, Because of this many people took advantage and shouted him which I found very inappropriate behaviour of those people. I'm the end I was satisfied with room and breakfast, hotel is in good and clean condition jjust Management need to improve themselves more for better systems.

great location in reutlingen, comfortable rooms and great breakfast

nothing to add

The breakfast was quite good. It had pretzels and other breads and we liked that there was two vegetable milk options. The bed was comfortable. It was easy to get to the hotel.

The manager that started our check-in process was rude and didn't make us feel welcome. The wifi didn't work well in our room (it kept coming on and off in both our phones). The shower was small. Although we liked the breakfast, there could have been more fruits.

Good bed, clean, good and convenient location, quiet environment and good breakfast.

Reception staff were not very forth coming and room was not ready.
