Absolutely brilliant

This hotel is absolutely superb the staff are amazing the breakfast is amazing and we had a meal in the restaurant also amazing can’t rate this hotel highly enough plus if you’re taking your bicycles they have a dedicated storage garage with lots of charging points for your electric bikes will definitely stay here again in the future ❤️

The hotel was great. We enjoyed the friendly personel and they gave us a comfortable stay. A very clean room which has a lot of attention in decoration. Reallly nice! The restaurant serves creative and tasty dishes.

The village of Otterndorf is very small and in the evening everything is closed. Luckely the hotel has all the service you need.

- Really nice hotel situated right next to Medem. Hotel is generally really cozy and stylish and in beautiful surroundings. - The receptionist (Julian) was really friendly and helpfull and knew a lot about the area. - Nice and varied breakfast buffet.

- The fitness room justy consists of 3 cardio machines in a small basement room. - Waiters in the restaurant seemed stressfull and not that professional.

The hotel has an excellent restaurant with both delicious dinner and a great breakfast selection. Staff is friendly and rooms are spacious with a nice view.

I found the hotel rather overpriced - these prices seem to befit a major tourist city rather than an out-of-the-way location like Otterndorf (although perhaps the prices make more sense if you make use of the spa facilities, for which I had neither interest nor time). I also found the rooms underlit: I had to rearrange some furniture before I was actually able to read a book from my chair.

Super schönes Hotel.

Das Personal ist super freundlich und aufgeschlossen , sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen alles ansprechend angerichtet. Speisekarte am Abend top. Zimmer sind super schön eingerichtet sogar das Bad hat eine angenehme Größe. Betten auch super bequem, tolle Kissen!

Sehr schönes Zimmer, einfallsreich ausgestattet im "nordischen" Stil; bequeme Betten. Trotz guter Belegung ist es durchweg sehr leise. Üppige Ausstattung des Frühstücksbuffets in dem ideenreich eingerichteten Restaurant.

Durchaus gelungen mit leichten Abstrichen

Die Ausstattung ist top und die Einrichtung sehr gelungen , das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend und auch eine gute Qualität. Das Restaurant hatte super Essen und super Personal auch das Ambiente war durchdacht!

Leider waren wir mit der Reinigung nicht zufrieden, scheinbar wurde nicht gewischt oder gesaugt und leider wurden die Betten nicht gemacht. Hierzu muss ich sagen wir wurde darauf hingewiesen das alle zwei Tage gereinigt wird was an sich kein Problem ist wenn man dann reinigt. Das WC Papier gab es erst auf Nachfrage. Durchaus ein sehr gelingendes Hotel das unbedingt am Housekeeping arbeiten muss!!!

Fijne locatie op doorreis naar Denemarken. Heerlijk gezwommen in het zwembad aan de overkant met ons zoontje en ook in het hotel hadden ze alles voor hem klaar staan (kinderbedje en kinderstoel).

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem liebevoll ausgestatteten Hotel. Super-Frühstück und top-Restaurant

Frühstück mehr als ausreichend. Große Auswahl, immer frisch, immer wurde nachgelegt. Das Zimmer war liebevoll ausgestattet. Es waren weder Straßengeräusche noch Geräusche aus anderen Zimmern zu hören. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit und sowieso ständig erreichbar. Abends konnte man sich in der extrem gemütlichen und gut ausgestatteten Bar aufhalten. Es gab eine tolle Drink-Auswahl.

Die (kostenlosen !!) Parkplätze waren nicht immer verfügbar. In der Umgebung gab es jedoch einige Ausweichmöglichkeiten
