Nice location and neighbourhood

Nice practical rooms, pleasantly decorated, with a Nespreso coffee machine in every room. It was very clean and tidy. Welcomed with a complimentary water. Also nice was the option to choose between IT, French, German, Turk, English breakfast.

- didn’t include any real vegetarian options - they would just remove the salami and not add any cheese - the rooms in the UG are loud in the morning - no luggage storage available - the complimentary toiletries are the cheapest soap and shower gel

Wasn't aware of how many flights of stairs there was. Had to go up 5 flights. No lift

Breakfast was very good, but did not like having to order by email, as did not know if email received.

Coffee maker in the room, but no cups and not everyone just drinks coffee. Also when we bought a cup and used the machine it just leaked water everywhere, so not usable. Was not happy when we received at the hotel that we had to telephone for code into hotel as we arrived at 4pm and hotel reception closed at 2pm. Nothing to advise this on line, and also the code was not received on email until after I telephone and it was sent through. Would not have liked to arrive late and find this out.
