Good stopover on outskirts of Paris

Good value. Close to Versailles and opposite Westfield shopping mall. Free and secure parking. Quiet room. Very helpful and friendly receptionist. Better than other reviews led us to believe.

Clean & convinient

Excellent location if you are visiting the palace. Mall right across with nice restraunts & cafes. Staff very prompt in bringing things to the room eg a fan, iron, extra mugs etc. Although ac was working properly, it was extremely hot in aug.

Friendliness of the staff. The beds were oké and the breakfast as well. Also there is a parking which gives you a peace of mind to park your car safely.

Lovely stay nearby palace of Versailles.

Free parking, hotels room good. Clean. Hotel staff speaks English. Good breakfast. Beds were good only the third bed was a little bit hard. Next to bus stop, where you can take the bus directly to Versailles (20 min). You can even walk to the palace, about 45 min (4 km). Next to Westfield 2 (shopping center), inside supermarket and restaurants

It was a comfortable experience to stay for a night.

It’s a chain hotel, so we enjoyed a standard hotel facilities without any surprises. Comfortable beds, nice location. It isn’t in the city centre, but there is bus stop just near the hotel and a good shopping mall. We stayed for a night to watch Versailles night musical show there and were absolutely satisfied.

Good hotel with calm location.

Calm place. Bus stop in 2 steps. Shopping mall is in 3 steps.very pleasant receptionists.

Walls should be painted in the rooms. Tooth paste was extremely bad quality (shampoo , shower gel and hair cond. amazing from the Brand “Nuxe”. Breakfast good except pancakes - served cold and crumbling eggs terrible - like soup and bad taste. Coffee amazing, bread etc super!

After all the great things, probably the best hotel in my 15 days traveling through France .

The location is very convenient, nice bar area , rooms are very comfortable, updates bathrooms. The staff was very friendly and welcoming , specially Kami that was very helpful in our visit!

Quality Accomodation

Great location for access to local sights, (we were driving). Shopping centre across the road for restaurants etc. The breakfast was superior in choice, quality and quantity. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice bar to have a drink or two.

The parking was free and the location nearby mall was good

The beds was very dirty and if you need extra pillow, you will don't get it. The reception don't speaking English or another language just france! The water was salty and when I asked for extra water then I must paying! Just in the first night you get free water!

Pleasant and disappointing.

Excellent, varied choice for breakfast.

No restaurant or bar facilities over the weekend which, given that our stay was overnight on a Sunday and, other than a pizzeria, there were no local restaurants or bars, we felt was poor service from the hotel. A notice said that the closure was due to 'exceptional circumstances', however, a member of staff told us that the bar is closed every weekend and it seems that the restaurant was not operating at all.

Generally comfortable and enjoyable.

The breakfast was first-class, if a bit pricey. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful.

The first room we occupied had a leaky WC and a cracked toilet seat. That should have been spotted by house-keeping BEFORE the room was allocated. The bar was advertised as open EVERY evening but was disappointingly NOT open on the Monday evening (24 April 2023) when we had planned to have aperitifs with friends!

Exceptional

Very clean and comfortable room. The bus station to Versailles is at 2-3 minutes walk. The Parly 2 Shopping Center is 3 minutes walk. We regret that our buisy schedule didn't allow us to enjoy the food at the restaurant, but certainly next time we will. The personnel was very nice. Definitely first choice when returning to Versailles.

Good night sleep and good stay

We booked this hotel for one night only. It was rather close to Versailles Palace and offered parking so it was convenient. Staff was very polite and pleasant. Generally speaking we had good night sleep at this hotel . Happy with the quite comfortable bed and the powerful shower.

The carpet in the bedroom seemed to have seen better days. Room a bit blunt in decor. Breakfast seemed pricey so we decided not to have it at hotel. Lifts quite small. Not enough lighting in bedroom.

Rude staff (Just 1 person MR. Valentin) - Overall OK to stay if you do not care heating issues,,,

It was okay as location. Nothing specific that I can say I did like.

Mr. Valentin very rude reception staff. He has hang up the phone twice my face while I was trying to ask "when is good time to call" as I can imagine people can be busy or dealing with other customers however being rude is not acceptable.

Location.

Cigarette filled rooms. No manager on call to solve the problem. We were moved to another room, but the problem was still there. No manager on call during weekends either to refund breakfast charges which we didn't take due to how poor the rooms were in cleanliness. The only person who followed up was the person who didn't know what to do at the point we were checking out, who then asks for a verbal read out of a credit card number over the phone. Poor communication from management who clearly didn't care. I cannot recommend this hotel.
