The place it very beautiful and well designed, looking around and walking the grounds is esthetically pleasant. Staff in the hotel was very professional and helpful. Breakfast and tea time were great with lots of choices and really tasty.
it was nice to walk around, take a boat, enjoy the nature, sip a coffee in a case near the main building. Overall, we enjoyed the weekend there a lot.
The food choices for lunches and dinners were quite limited even though there are multiple restaurants. You are kind of locked into eating there since everything else is too far. The food is very overpriced for what you get, it is also quite limited choice (opposite to breakfast which is amazing). We paid an average of 150 euro per meal for two which felt too much for getting what we got (like a burger or pasta with a few glasses of wine). The service was good, but less professional than reception etc.

The property exceeded my expectations it’s unreal like a fairytale even more better than the pictures.
The receptionist ladies were very rude and not friendly or helping. The lack of hospitality by them is so disappointing because I loved the hotel so much. Any request will be ignored by the two ladies in the reception and with a horrible attitude but the guy in the reception was really helpful . The rest of the staff were amazing .
