Tout était magnifique ! Ce n’est pas seulement un établissement, c’est une expérience !
Le seul point négatif serait l’absence de climatisation en été mais en soit il fait plutôt bon le soir.

Construção fantástica, uma viagem no tempo. Estrutura excelente, com algumas atividades incluidas na diária.
TIvemos que subir a escada para o quarto levando as malas, pois na hora não tinha ninguem para nos ajudar.

The property exceeded my expectations it’s unreal like a fairytale even more better than the pictures.
The receptionist ladies were very rude and not friendly or helping. The lack of hospitality by them is so disappointing because I loved the hotel so much. Any request will be ignored by the two ladies in the reception and with a horrible attitude but the guy in the reception was really helpful . The rest of the staff were amazing .
