Step into the Primary suite, where a spacious King-sized bed awaits you, accompanied by a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. Enjoy direct balcony access from the Primary suite and unwind with breathtaking views of the Gulf. The private Primary bath adds convenience and luxury to your stay.
In the guest room, a comfortable Queen bed awaits, along with a flat-screen TV. Guests have access to the hall bath for added comfort and privacy.
The condo boasts recent updates, including granite countertops in the kitchen and baths, as well as stainless steel appliances that elevate your culinary experience. Tile floors throughout add to the coastal charm, while a flat-screen TV in the living room provides additional entertainment options. For extra sleeping space, a sofa sleeper is available in the living room.

For a more serene experience, our heated indoor pool and hot tub are ideal for relaxing swims or soothing soaks, regardless of the weather. Stay active and energized with the onsite fitness room, equipped with everything you need for a full workout. After exercising, unwind in the sauna, the perfect place to soothe your muscles and rejuvenate your body. They also feature a grilling area, allowing you to enjoy outdoor cooking with a view.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

Property exactly as described, very spacious, the first rental we have had that air-conditioning and fridge actually worked right, the only negative was the cleaning of the floors and ceiling fans was terrible, it needs a thorough cleaning.

We had a great time!! The condo location is perfect and the view is the best!! Only con is the washer had a very bad musty smell and we called maintenance and they came same day and took care of it!! We would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area!!

Great location but some upgrades are needed. One large burner on the stove didn’t work at all and one of the small ones didn’t work that well. Oven didn’t work that well. Some of the wall sockets didn’t have covers with wires showing. We loved the balcony. There were good things and bad things.
