About this house rental

Located 100 meters from the Place du Marché and 3 minutes walk from the Clair de Lune promenade, this atypical and completely renovated house is ideal for doing everything on foot. The living room is very bright, the kitchen open to the living room is fully equipped (hood, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator) 1 bathroom with toilet upstairs.
In souplex 2 bedrooms equipped with cupboard, a large bathroom, toilet and laundry room with washing machine. Terrace area facing west and private parking with electric gate closure.

Wonderful location to walk everywhere. Off street parking a real bonus. Well equipped apart from lack of freezer.

Dinard was a revelation. A wonderful pied-à-terre, the house was well-equipped and very comfortable. The location was perfect; five minutes from the market, eight minutes from the nearest beach and ten minutes maximum from the centre, the restaurants, the shops and the cinema. Secure private parking was an added bonus. And Catherine was very easy to deal with. What's not to like?
