We had a brilliant week. The apartment was so comfortable and the owners were very responsive and helpful. We had excellent weather and the beach- 7 or 8 minutes walk away was a huge success with the children. It was clean, golden sands etc.. The Intermarché express 3 minutes away had everything we could want and again was very clean and well organised. The location of the property is unbeatable and I would recommend it to anyone. Apart from our visit to the Mont St Michel we didn’t use the car. Thank you

We loved our stay. The place was as described and as the pictures show. Beautiful garden where we ate many meals. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine was great for us as a family traveling with 4 children. Walking distance to many beaches and a lovely city center with boulangeries, galette restaurants and great ice cream. The hosts are wonderful and helped us when we needed.

We had a great stay in Dinard. Dany and Gerard are excellent hosts- very welcoming and available if needed. The apartment itself is large and comfortable and excellently located- 5 minutes walk from the beach and restaurants, 2 minutes from the market and just across the road from a small supermarket, which had everything we needed. The off street parking is a bonus.

Everything in this delightful apartment was clean, neat, and beautifully maintained. So many details and well-stocked. The owners are very welcoming and helpful, and they were very kind to our exuberant young children! The washer and dryer were perfect and the kitchen was very well stocked with all the utensils needed to cook for a family gathering of twelve! The flowers in the garden are beautiful - my favorite among them - maypops! We loved that the apartment is so close to town and beach, including a new supermarket just a block or two down the street, and a very short walk to the market square on Saturdays, Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. We think that this is the perfect apartment in Dinard, and hope to return next year for our annual family gathering!

I stayed with my crew at Gerard & Danny's apartment in Dinard whilst competing in a sailing regatta in June 2016. They were terrific hosts and everything that was promised was delivered. I would certainly stay again and have no hesitation in recommending the accommodation. It is close to everything including the market where everything you need can be purchased. Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern für eine Woche in der Wohnung von Daniy und Gérard. Die Begrüßung war herzlich, die Wohnung einwandfrei sauber. Die Einrichtung sehr liebevoll und praktisch. Die Lage zentral in Dinard ist extrem praktisch, alles im Alltag und auch einige Ausflüge lassen sich gut zu Fuß, mit dem Boot oder dem Bus machen. Die Nähe zur Markthalle ist einkaufstechnisch wunderbar. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Très bon séjour au calme. Dany et Gérard sont très accueillants. L' appartement est idéalement situé à proximité de la plage et des commerces. Il est très appréciable d' arriver dans un appartement propre, spacieux , bien équipé avec les lits faits à l'arrivée et de pouvoir laisser sa voiture au garage pendant tout le séjour. Tout est réuni pour passer de bonnes vacances ...nous y retourneront sans hésiter !

Excellent Appartment as indicated on Abritel. 3 minute walk to the sea, 5 minute walk to the shops. As there is a garage the car was left there and all movements about town and Saint Malo was either walking or by boat In the evenings the appartment was cool so sleeping was not a problem and in the morning breakfast took place on the table and chairs you can see in the photo. The owners were brilliant and we had all the help we needed from them This appartment is a must

Nous avons trouvé à notre arrivée, un appartement très propre et pourvu de tout le nécessaire en matière d'électro-ménager, souvent neuf,et en matière de vaisselle. La buanderie, située dans une des deux cours, apporte un plus au confort d'utilisation. Cet appartement allie le calme, la proximité immédiate avec les commerces de centre ville et les plages.Les propriétaires, occupant l'appartement du dessus, sont très discrets et extrêmement serviables.Gérard est un puits de science en ce qui concerne l'histoire de la ville de DINARD! Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Un accueil très chaleureux par les charmants propriétaires aux petits soins et toujours disponibles pour nous rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. L'appartement est très bien situé et très confortable. Tout est fait pour qu'on se sente comme à la maison. Sans oublier le magnifique petit jardin fleuri. Les photos sont parfaitement fidèles, c'est encore mieux en vrai. Nous n'avons qu'une seule envie, celle de revenir très vite !

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser schönen Wohnung mitten in Dinard verbracht. Es war alles so wie in der Beschreibung. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber und gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Obwohl man direkt im Ort wohnt, ist es ruhig und der kleine Garten ist sehr schön. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von den Vermietern empfangen, die uns für Tipps und Fragen immer zur Verfügung standen. Dinard ist ein schöner Badeort mit Restaurants, Stränden, Markt und Geschäften. Besonders gerne sind wir auf der Promenade spazieren gegangen, die sich an den Felsen die ganze Küste entlangzieht. Besonders ist dabei auch der schöne Blick auf Saint Malo, das man bequem mit dem Schiff erreichen kann. Insgeamt hatten wir eine wunderschöne Ferienwoche und können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Cela fait la deuxième fois que nous séjournons dans cet appartement et tout est mis en œuvre par Danielle et Gérard pour que vous ne manquiez de rien. L'appartement est spacieux, confortable et surtout très bien équipé. Enceinte lors de ce séjour, j'ai pu apprécier la très bonne literie. On se sent comme chez soi!
