Phenomenal staff at an outstanding hotel.

I was staying at this hotel for 4 days whilst visiting my son. I had travelled from the UK to LossBurg on my motorcycle. I arrived at the hotel on the Friday afternoon after having a bag stolen from my motorcycle during a coffee stop at Marmoutier, France. The staff were incredible...! Nothing was too much of a problem and they reassured me that they would help in anyway I needed. Even the two Hotel Maintenance staff made sure I had a bottle of fresh cold Springwater as I sorted out the carnage of my situation having lost my wallet, passport, phone, bank cards, money and glasses. I have previously lived in Germany and have travelled that country extensively and always received an outstanding friendly welcome and an unquestionable level of good service but the Wellness Hotel and its staff went above and beyond to ensure I had an enjoyable and uncomplicate stay. The hotel is spotless, the location is excellent for just relaxing at the Spa, sightseeing, or just exploring the local area. The facilities are superb, the food is prepared with fresh ingredients, cooked with care and presented well. Lovey outdoor dining and socialising area and easy onsite secure parking. The hotel has a very quiet, calm and relaxed atmosphere. And the staff ?, well I can't praise them enough for their enthusiasm, dedication, happy personalities and level of customer service and care. Thank all at the Wellness Hotel Hohenrodt for all your help, support and a fantastic stay whilst visiting my son. Looking forward to future visits. Ian CROCK.

Quite, nice, strategic place to enjoy the forest and/or relaxing stay.

Just renewed, the structure looks very new and well maintained (some parts still under construction). They have quite a nice gym, pool and spa areas. The location is strategic for the forest; in a few steps you get into a really nice park with small rivers, lakes, attractions for kids and adults.

Room still to be renewed if compared with the rest of the structure but more than fine.

Nous avions lors de notre weekend pris la Demi pension, Le service lors du repas n'est pas à la hauteur de l'établissement. Serveurs absents, nous avions commandé une bouteille en début du repas que nous n'avons jamais eu, pourtant noté sur l'addition.... vraiment dommage Un gros manque de place aussi dans le welness, pourtant une installation top.

La pretul platit pentru o noapte nu ati oferit nici macar o sticla de apa in camera ,un ceai sau o cafea . Nici macar micul dejun inclus . Am făcut rezervare pentru un apartament superior ca la proprietate sa spuna ca nu e disponibil. Si nici camera nu ofera un comfort anume pt banii platiti . La wellness la fel lasa de dorit .

Die Poolzeit für Kinder unter 13 Jahren sollte optimiert, bzw. ausgebaut werden indem auch am Abend oder am früheren Morgen zusätzlich zur regulären Kinder - Poolzeit, Schwimmzeiten für Kinder angeboten werden.

Personnel peu souriant ; odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain, linge de toilette de mauvaise qualité, repas du 1er soir, buffet, les plats chauds étaient froids, à 19h45, il n'y avait quasiment plus de dessert alors que le dîner était de 18h30 à 20h30. Pas digne d'un 4 étoiles, mauvais rapport qualité prix

Trotzallem eine tolle Auszeit

Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Essensangebot umfangreich und lecker. Die Appartements geräumig und gut ausgestattet.

Ich war mit den Enkel in ihrem Hotel und habe mich bewusst für ihr Haus entschieden da es ein Schwimmbad hat. Leider gab es am 3.Tag Beschwerden von Hotelgästen dass sie sich gestört fühlen von den Kindern, dann wurde spontan der Zutritt zur Sauna und Dampfbad verwehrt. Wenn Sie Ihre Appartements an Familien mit Kinder vermieten sollten diese auch alle Annehmlichkeiten der Anlage nutzen dürfen, ansonsten vergeben sie alle Zimmer nur an Erwachsene und vermerken dieses auch auf ihrer Homepage.

Nicht zufriedenstellend. Zwei-Klassen Behandlung.

Positiv hervorzuheben sind das gute - Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht, die Sauberkeit sowie der schöne Wellnessbereich.

Als Familie erhielten wir zu den Mahlzeiten dauerhaft einen Tisch nicht im beworbenen Essensraum, sondern im lauten Vorraum (Buffet/Bar/Küche). Begründung: Hotel voll, gute Tische Stammgästen vorbehalten. Andere Gäste erhielten dennoch Plätze im Essensraum.

Die Matratze vom Bett war mir zu hart. Und die Außenbeleuchtung fehlte komplett beim Balkon. Etwas mehr Frische beim Abendessen wäre auch gut bei den Gerichten.

Toller Aufenthalt im schönen Schwarzwald

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen und bietet allen Komfort, den sogar ein verwöhntes Herz begehrt. Bequeme Betten, grosszügige Zimmer, leckeres Essen und sehr freundliches Personal.

Der Wellness Bereich ist für die Anzahl Gäste eher klein. Aber man kann sich ja selbst etwas arrangieren und nicht zu Stosszeiten gehen.

Da ich bereits mehrmals im Hotel war, kann ich dieses nur empfehlen und das Personal sehr Freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und vor allem ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielseitig, der Wellnessbereich ist sehr gut.

Lekker eten zowel bij ontbijt als bij diner. Ruime en rustige kamer met balkon en minibar. Heerlijke bedden. Mooie wellness. Grote gratis parking.

Alles in allem ein schönes Hotel

Wir hatten Massage dazu gebucht und hatten auf dem Zimmer eine Tasche mit zwei Bademäntel und je zwei Badetücher dabei.Ich fand es auch angenehm,dass man direkt im Bademantel zur Massage konnte und von dort ins Hallenbad zum Schwimmen konnte.

Eigentlich ein Punkt wo mir noch nicht so ganz klar ist an was es genau gescheitert ist.Wir haben unseren 40 igsten Hochzeitstag an dem Wochenende gefeiert und ich hatte die Reise als Überraschung für meinen Mann geplant.Ich hatte angegeben zwei Gläser Sekt zum Frühstück als Überraschung zu wollen.Leider hat das nicht geklappt.Auch den Tisch der uns zugewiesen wurde ,war in einem Zwischengang wo ständig eine automatische Tür zum Küchenbereich auf und zu ging.Das war etwas nervig und auch nicht sehr entspannend.Am letzten Tag war der Tisch auch ohne Tischdecke und ohne Besteck.Wir mussten uns alles erst zusammensuchen.Die anderen Tische hingegen waren ordentlich gedeckt .So etwas trübt natürlich den Gesamteindruck.Die Betten waren für unsere Rücken zu Hart,aber dies ist jetzt einfach subjektiv.Nur eventuell für Leute mit Rückenleiden wichtig.
