This is the third time I’ve stayed here. Place always meets expectations. Room are all spacious with balconies and kitchenettes. The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area but only about a 20 minute walk to beach and 15 minute walk to shopping centre.
Hosekeeping always cleaned room between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm in afternoon when I was back in room.

The studio had a reasonable area; Relatively close to commercial surfaces.
The cleanliness of the studio fell far short of expectations, especially the bathroom and kitchenette. Bad soundproofing. Most of the lights in the room didn't work. The equipment available was quite worn out and some in very poor condition.
