The apartment was nicely set out

The apartment was clean and the linen fresh and well dressed . "The free on-site parking was a definite plus.
Check-in was a little slow and the staff seemed overwhelmed; however, for the rest of our stay, the reception team was friendly and helpful.
There has been an effort to update the apartments with recovered sofas and updated curtains, but the furniture is still dated. Some maintenance is also needed, as our wardrobe door did not work properly and the fridge was missing a door shelf.
A few basic extras, such as dishwashing liquid and additional toiletries for a family of four, would have been appreciated.

Convenient location, spacious and clean apartment, comfortable beds, easy parking, balcony with views.
That we had to check in and out in a different building and that the kitchen was barely usable (no soap, no sponge, no bowls, dirty cutlery).

The studio had a reasonable area;
Relatively close to commercial surfaces.
The cleanliness of the studio fell far short of expectations, especially the bathroom and kitchenette.
Bad soundproofing.
Most of the lights in the room didn't work.
The equipment available was quite worn out and some in very poor condition.
