Staff were generally very knowledgeable and helpful.
The apartment was large, clean and quiet.
Bus to the centre and the beach saved a 25 min walk to the centre..
Nice pool and gardens.
The exception to the friendly staff was the woman behind the bar, who wasn't nice or helpful.
A bus going to the centre in the evening would be a good addition
The beds were very hard and a bit uncomfortable.

What a lovely place! Really don’t know why they only have 2 stars, I have stayed in worst 4 star places. Nice style, clean, friendly staff, lovely food, swimming pool and jacuzzi. Not too far from the beach and other way not too far you have a big shopping centre. Everything with in walking distance, approx 10-15 min. And if you have kids, only 2 min from hotel there is a beautiful park with a playground, basketball and soccer court..coffee shop. The little apartment had everything you need and was really clean.
..actually had to think for a while was there anything I didn’t like. In the kitchen area would have liked an oven but there is a hob so we were fine.

Our room was big and not too hot - the airconditioning was working great. The pool and the area around it were very nice. The location is good, about 15 minutes walks to the beach, but there are not that many restaurants and no shops or grocery store close by.
The reception staff took their time to help us, explain everything etc.
We were placed in the second building of the hotel which was not communicated earlier on - that meant that we need to go outside and cross the street to get to the reception, restaurant and pool. It wasn't a big inconvenience, but we would prefer to be notified about that upfront.
The front door of our apartment was difficult to open and the cleaning service wasn't doing more than making up the beds and changing towels.
Although the service was nice and did their best to speak in English, the restaurant was not of the best quality (both food wise and we waited quite a long time for very simple orders).
