Good location, lovely rooftop bar for sundowners with attentive staff.
Well organised breakfast area again with attentive staff.
The majority of the jets in the spa area were not working, the sauna was in need on simple maintenance. A water dispenser in the spa/gym area would have been nice to see. Plus in the spa area there was no space to relax between sauna/ steam sessions. In general a bit neglected this space, with very little effort on maintenance it could be much better.
Reception staff were in my experience lacking in customer service skills, generally surly in attitude.

Staff, pool, room.
It was my partner’s birthday & the hotel provided a cake & bottle of sparkling wine, which was lovely.
Breakfast - coffee not great. Juice was not real OJ.

Very comfortable
The staff were mostly friendly !!
Breakfast amazing and the piano playing in restuarant was a lovely touch
Our room was noisy and asked for quiet room
There was loud music heard above in bar u til midnight which is acceptable but not when u request a quiet room
The patio door was broken however was patched up while we were there
There was only 1 bedside cabinet in room
and there was obviously work being done to previous damage in the room
The numbers on the door were
broken
We felt we were given a second rate room
