Vila Galé Estoril

This a very clean, tidy and comfortable hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful. My son left his Nintendo at the property which they got in touch and helped arrange return to the UK.

Breakfast was excellent plenty of food ranging from the fruit to the usual breakfast items

One minor crit that on the last night the restaurant was very busy even when we went down at the usual time 7.30. The choice of food had dwindled quite a lot leaving not lot of choice.

The room and the breakfast were both very good. And Elsa at the front desk was quite wonderful.

The room faced out over the ocean and it was lovely. There were a couple issues that were tough. Upon arriving in our room (718) my wife detected a strong musty odor that even when keeping the big glass doors open, the smell never left the room. Really bad. Also I thought that the floor tile in the bathroom was extremely slippery when wet. The towels in the bathroom were pretty old too. And unfortunately also was that there was construction across the street all day, and the motorcycle traffic until about 3am was extremely noisy. We like to keep the glass doors open for fresh ocean air. In the end, the construction will end, hopefully the musty odor can be cleaned up and you might get some new towels.

It was quite central and Staff were very nice breakfast was beautiful rooms very comfortable

Safe deposit box didn’t work was the only thing about our stay
