Cozy Cottage was very welcoming, clean, and nicely decorated. The host thoughtfully left some water and snacks for us, as well as some literature about things to do and where to eat in the area. We would stay there again!

I stayed here for two nights with my two adult siblings.
Pros: It is exactly as shown: clean and cozy. For our purposes, it was perfect. The towel situation was extraordinary. And the kitchen was pretty well stocked for a rental.
Cons: The queen mattress in the bedroom is a little soft, so leave your bad back at home. The TV was logged into Tammy’s Netflix account, and her taste in film is questionable. JK, Tammy, whoever you are.

The cottage was a great place to stay for our visit to Chincoteague. It was conveniently located and approx 100 yards from a town trolley stop. We were there for the Chincoteague pony swim and had a great stay.

I booked this house (fairy last minute) to get away with my wife for my 40th birthday weekend. The house was clean, great layout. Nice neighbors. The property owner even had a birthday cake and balloons inside when we checked in!
Very comfy and welcoming. Would definitely stay again!
