Throughout the year, Capital One Arena, home to the Washington Capitals, Wizards and Mystics hosts an all-star lineup of concerts. Penn Quarter is known for the popular farmers market, wine and art festivals it offers. For culture-lovers, the Newseum is the ideal place to visit during the weekends. This high-tech museum exploring journalism's past, present & future via interactive exhibits & films is one of Penn Quarter’s highlights since 2008.

Pets are welcome, though weight limits and breed restrictions apply and may incur fees.

A security deposit of $500 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.

This apartment was expensive, but the location was perfect -- 2 blocks from the subway, 3 blocks from the National Mall, five blocks from Chinatown. The downstairs gym and swimming pool were a great resource! The kitchen was nice and the apartment well-appointed.
