About this apartment rental
The apartment is approximately 32 square meters in size, sleeps two people, and is located on the upper floor.
It features a kitchen-living room, off of which a hallway branches. From there, you can access the bathroom and the bedroom. The kitchen in Lotta’s combined living and dining area is equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 4-burner stove with an oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. With its counter that divides the space, it invites you to cook together. The floor-to-ceiling windows in front of the dining table in the kitchen area let in plenty of light, and when opened, it feels as if you’re almost sitting outdoors. The living area is furnished with a couch and a table. The TV has a Magenta® TV connection. The bedroom features a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, a dresser, and an alarm clock. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet; a hair dryer is provided.
A small terrace in the backyard that belongs to the apartment, complete with a beach chair, a table, and two chairs, offers a quiet retreat for those times when you don’t feel like going to the beach. Bicycles can be parked in a bike rack or in a small bike shed. A charging station for e-bikes is also available in the bike shed. Wi-Fi is available in the apartment and on the terrace. The vacation rental also includes a parking space on the property.
New construction from 2020 in a quiet, central location in the Dorf district, not far from the dike and dunes.
Within about a ten-minute walk, you can reach the village center with its church, thatched-roof houses, shops, and restaurants, as well as the South Beach, the West Coast Park, and the Amber and Local History Museum.
A horse farm, golf course, and surf school are also nearby. Pets are not allowed to stay with us.
