About this apartment rental
The apartment is approximately 37 square meters in size, located on the upper floor, and can accommodate two people.
It overlooks a garden with numerous perennials and fruit trees. From the building’s stairwell, you enter the apartment’s small hallway, and from there, the kitchen-living room, the bedroom, and the bathroom. The living area is furnished with a couch, a table, and a wicker armchair. The many skylights and floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area flood the attic apartment with plenty of light. The TV has a Magenta® TV connection. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 4-burner stove with an oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle, and its spacious countertop makes it a pleasant place to cook. There is also a dining table with four chairs in the kitchen area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer. The bedroom features a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, a dresser, and an alarm clock.
A small terrace in the back garden, which belongs to the apartment and features a beach chair, a table, and two chairs, offers a quiet retreat when you don’t feel like going to the beach. Bicycles can be parked in a bike rack or in a small bike shed. A charging station for e-bikes is also available in the bike shed. Wi-Fi is available in the apartment and on the terrace. The vacation rental also includes a parking space on the property.
Newly built in 2020 in a quiet, central location in the Dorf district, not far from the dike and dunes.
Within about a ten-minute walk, you’ll reach the village center with its church, thatched-roof houses, shops, and restaurants, as well as the South Beach, the West Coast Park, and the Amber and Local History Museum.
A horse farm, golf course, and surf school are also nearby. Pets are not allowed to stay with us.

Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet und sehr sauber und hell. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das einzige, was wir ein bisschen schade fanden, war, dass die Küche nicht ganz so gut ausgestattet war. Es fehlten scharfe Messer und Bretter. Das Kochen war deshalb etwas beschwerlich.
Ansonsten war es wirklich super schön alles.
